Tidewater Community College

Energy Efficiency & Education...TCC replaced its lighting system with units that are 25 to 35 percent more efficient. The college recycles cans, paper, toner, and ink jet cartridges. TCC still features environmental education and conservation activities in the biology curriculum. A wildlife mapping outreach program allows students and volunteers to perform field studies for the state's biological databases.
